- Self-hosted; runs in the customer's VPC, Azure Government / AWS GovCloud subscription, or a fully air-gapped enclave.
- Inference is local (Ollama). No external network calls — that is the product.
- Every artifact is audited (user, timestamp, model, prompt, response), passes a deterministic destructive-command gate, and requires a human approve/reject step before use.
- Evidence packages are tamper-evident and HMAC-signed for C3PAO assessment; a STIG Viewer .ckl round-trip and a multi-cloud posture engine (Azure, AWS GovCloud, GCP Assured Workloads) are included.
