These terms govern your use of enclavai.io, our free browser tools, and pilot intake forms operated by Darelim & GnukuM LLC (Gnukum Cloud Solutions). By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. The services

We provide:

A deployed EnclavAI instance inside your boundary is a separate software service. Its use is governed by your pilot agreement, order, or license with us — not solely by these website terms.

2. Not compliance, legal, or professional advice

Content on this site — including comparison pages, scores, and AI-generated examples in product materials — is informational only. EnclavAI is a workspace that supports CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and DFARS programs; it is not a compliance certification and does not by itself make any environment compliant. You are responsible for your authorization boundary, policies, assessor relationships, and formal assessment outcomes.

Pilot slots are offered at our discretion, often on a limited, design-partner basis. Pilots may be free or paid as described at the time of acceptance. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, pilots are provided without production SLA, on an as-is basis, for evaluation and feedback. We may decline or end a pilot at any time.

5. Free tools

The STIG Readiness Scorer and similar tools are provided free of charge for convenience. Scores are deterministic helpers — not a substitute for assessor judgment, POA&M sign-off, or execution of remediation scripts. You are solely responsible for actions taken in your environment.

6. Intellectual property

The site, EnclavAI name, branding, documentation, and software are owned by Darelim & GnukuM LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the public site and free tools for their intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the site content or software except as permitted by law or a separate agreement.

Third-party names (for example, Claude, ChatGPT, Azure, AWS) are trademarks of their respective owners. Comparison pages are independent and do not imply endorsement.

Links to third-party sites (FedRAMP Marketplace, GitHub, LinkedIn, etc.) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND FREE TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DARELIM & GNUKUM LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FREE TOOLS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your deployment actions in your environment.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may modify these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
